Workshops:
Permission to Play
A low-pressure, interactive workshop designed to help exhausted humans reconnect with creativity as a source of self-trust and aliveness without performance or evaluation.
Participants are invited into simple, playful creative experiments that quiet the inner critic and restore permission to explore, wonder, and make — imperfectly and on their own terms.
Play as Resistance
In cultures that reward urgency, self-suppression, and being endlessly “fine,” play is not indulgent. It’s sanity.
This workshop reframes play and creativity as essential tools for preserving humanity, agency, and honesty in systems that quietly profit from burnout. Sessions may include reflective prompts and short, imperfect creative practices, adapted to the audience and context.
For individuals:
Follow Your Curiosity Creativity Circle

Tired of thinking about the thing you want to make—but never actually doing it?
The Follow Your Curiosity Creativity Circle is a free, stand-alone monthly hour to follow a creative call—imperfectly, playfully, and without pressure. It’s a safe, welcoming space where curiosity gets the mic and the inner critic gets sent off to summer camp.
One Lock, One Key: An Illumination Session

Remember that guitar you bought two years ago because you’ve always wanted to learn to play?
The one that’s been sitting in the corner because you haven’t been able to bring yourself to pick it up — and you don’t even know why?
Let’s change that.
One Lock, One Key is a focused, one-hour illumination session where we identify what’s actually blocking you — and you leave with clarity and a simple, doable next step forward.
